We pride ourselves on our Inside Sales team’s ability to convert warm leads into sales through education and alignment with the needs of the patient.\n\nAria’s innovative collaboration with Medicaid and self-pay approaches can be a tremendous benefit to policy holders. It is the cornerstone of our passionate drive to provide essential healthcare services to an important contingent of our senior population.\n\nIdeal candidates have a health insurance license to sell policies in one or more states, with good communication skills and the ability to sell themselves. Full equipment is provided, and we are offering a competitive base salary plus unlimited commissions with training taking around seven weeks to complete before building up commissions. \n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\n\n* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.\n\n* Educate prospects on the innovative ways to capture additional insurance coverages for dental, eye care, and auditory that may be little or no cost to the subscriber.\n\n* Create a regular cadence of calls to connect and keep in contact with prospects and anyone influencing their healthcare decisions.\n\n* Utilize our best practices sales and education guidelines to help maximize the conversion of prospects to the appropriate policies.\n\n* Collaborate with Partners and Clinical Coordinators to address service issues from calls/customers to ensure the quality levels are maintained.\n\n* Updates current database as needed to ensure resident and facility account information is up to date.\n\n* Maintains and enhances product and technical knowledge in the industry.\n\n* Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities.\n\n* Sell Medicare supplemental policies such as Vision, Dental, Audiology and Podiatry. \n\n\n\nEducation & Experience\n\n\n* Must possess a state-issued Health insurance license.\n\n* Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.\n\n* Experience in selling supplemental policies is preferred i.e. Vision, Dental, Audiology, Podiatry. \n\n* Experience in the healthcare industry with supplemental insurance policies is preferred. \n\n* Experience making outbound calls and successfully engaging with prospects.\n\n* Languages:\n\n\n* Fluency, both written and spoken, in English is required.\n\n* Aria is a national organization that values diversity; preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated skills in additional languages besides English.\n\n* Fluency in secondary languages such as Spanish or Mandarin are a plus.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOther Qualifications\n\n\n* Planning/organizing — Prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently.\n\n* Quality control/Attention to detail — Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; monitor own work to ensure quality and apply feedback to improve performance.\n\n* Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel – Able to use basic functionality in Excel, Word and other company-based technology platforms.\n\n* Adaptability — Adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.\n\n* Dependability — Consistently at work and on time, follow instructions, respond to management direction and solicit feedback to improve performance.\n\n* Problem solving — A passionate pursuit of identifying prospect or client concerns and seeking resolution.\n\n* Customer service — Quickly manage and diffuse difficult client/customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, solicit customer feedback to improve service, respond to requests for service and assistance and meet commitments.\n\n* Able to work in a team environment.\n\n\n\n\nPhysical Effort & Working Conditions:\n\n\n* Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards Substantial time is spent working on a computer.\n\n\n\n\nBenefits:\n\n\n* A competitive salary complemented by uncapped commission, offering boundless earning potential!\n\n* Target compensation $80,000-$100,000+\n\n* Comprehensive paid training to kickstart your success.\n\n* Activity based onboarding bonuses for new hires!\n\n* Generous Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays to maintain a healthy work-life balance.\n\n* Clear pathways for career advancement, allowing you to shape your professional future.\n\n* Flex scheduling available, ensuring a well-balanced life.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
