Octave Clinicians will join a diverse clinical team in providing therapy in a collaborative, client-centered, evolving environment. Octave Clinicians demonstrate strong clinical service thinking, informed by evidence-informed therapies. It is our effort to drive quality access and customize mental health treatment plans and service delivery for our clients. You will treat adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns via video, using short-term, evidence-based therapies. Candidates must be licensed in California at the masters or doctoral level, well-versed in evidence-based therapies, like CBT or DBT, and expert in the delivery of culturally responsive care.\nYou are a good fit if you are:\n\n\n* Passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health care.\n\n* Skilled at providing short-term, evidence-based therapies to a diverse range of adult clients.\n\n* Adept at building and maintaining a strong therapeutic alliance.\n\n* Willing to deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures.\n\n* Expert at providing culturally responsive and culturally competent care.\n\n* Open to learning from your colleagues and clients.\n\n* Someone who thrives in a culture of thoughtful feedback and transparency.\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n* LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, PsyD\n\n* Current License and located in California.\n\n* Certain payor relationships may exclude you from employment.\n\n* Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling.\n\n* Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board.\n\n* At least 1 year of related post-license clinical experience required. \n\n* At least 2 years of experience preferred in one or more of the following areas:\n\n\nCBT for depression or anxiety\n\nDBT for emotion dysregulation\n\nUnified Protocol for emotional distress\n\nCPT or PE for trauma\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOctave’s Company Values: \n\nThe below values drive our day-to-day operations.\n\n\n* We’re human beings first. The expected salary range for this role is set forth below and this range may be modified in the future.\nThe hourly compensation range for this role is listed below dependent on licensure:\n\n\n$117-130 per hour for master’s level license.\n\n$117-140 per hour for doctoral level license.\n\n\n
