Across’ Vision: Intents are the standard in x-chain interoperability, and are settled by Across. \n\n\nAs a Business Development Representative at Across, your primary focus will be lead generation, driving the top of the sales funnel by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You will play a critical role in sourcing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospects, and laying the groundwork for successful sales engagements. Your contributions will fuel the pipeline, accelerating the adoption of Across Api across the blockchain ecosystem.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Lead Generation: Identify, research, and engage with high-quality prospects that align with Across’ offerings (drive and grit is required here, as it’s a key priority!)\n* Outbound prospecting: Utilize outbound sales techniques such as cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to connect with potential customers and gauge interest.\n* Qualify Leads: Conduct discovery conversations to assess prospects’ needs and determine fit with Across’ solutions.\n* Research-Driven Outreach: Research prospects thoroughly and tailor your messaging to align Across’ value propositions for the right key decision makers.\n* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Ensure a seamless lead handoff, and provide valuable insights on co-marketing and outreach initiatives.\n* CRM Management: Diligently manage the CRM in an accurate and timely manner for all prospects and leads. \n* Nurture Relationships: Maintain relationships via consistent follow-up building long-term engagement.\n* Feedback to Internal Teams: Share prospect insights with the sales and product teams to help refine tactics and offerings.\n\n\n\nRequirements\n* Passion for Lead Generation: A strong interest in outbound sales\n* 2-4 Years Sales Experience: Experience in lead generation or sales development within SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS environments (bonus points if you have experience in web3 or crypto sales/BD)\n* Research Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research that inform strategy and communication\n* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to prospects.\n* Organized and Process-Driven: Proven proficiency using CRM tools to enhance your efficiency and expand your reach.\n* Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently, consistently seeking out new opportunities and driving results (bonus points if you’ve worked in a startup or scaling environment)\n* Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve outcomes.\n\n\n\nCompensation and Benefits\n* Across’ pay packages include competitive salaries & substantial token options (in $UMA and $ACX).
