This is a great opportunity for you to join a team that encourages innovation, creativity, teamwork, professional growth, and advancement.\n\n \n\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\n\n\n* Design/develop/maintain our web-based applications using Node.js, React, C# (.NET), ASP.NET, SQL, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and other technologies\n\n* Continually move quality to the left\n\n* Help maintain and optimize our AWS account by managing resources, monitoring performance, ensuring security best practices, and implementing cost-effective solutions\n\n* Build/improve continuous integrations/continuous development, and continuous deployment pipeline (CI/CD pipeline)\n\n* Enhance design policies, processes, procedures, methods, tests\n\n* Communicate and coordinate effectively within the squad, across our technology team, and with our business partners to deliver on top priorities\n\n* Actively participate as a member of an agile team in a Scrum environment\n\n* Encourage best practices demonstrating how to create effective designs and write maintainable, reusable code\n\n* Investigate and develop skills in new technologies\n\n* Monitor everyday activities of the system and provide required support\n\n\n\n\n \n\nWhat You Need To Bring To The Table:\n\n\n* Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related degree program or equivalent work experience\n\n* 5+ years of design/development experience with Node.js, React, C# (.NET), ASP.NET, and SQL\n\n* Solid understanding of best software engineering practices for the full development life cycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code review, source control, build, test, deploy, and operations\n\n* Strong relational database skills\n\n* Experience developing web-based applications\n\n* Passion for mentoring engineer peers to lead best standards, and produce elegant & maintainable technology deliverables\n\n* Consistent track record of leading successful delivery for large-scale projects\n\n* Experience with Agile methodologies\n\n* Strong written and verbal communication skills showing ability to interface with business stakeholders and engineers\n\n* Strong history of implementing testing methodologies to move quality to the left\n\n* Acute sense of ownership and the resolve to dig deeper into product and technical issues\n\n* Strong problem-solving skills\n\n* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible team player\n\n* A self-starter with the ability, passion, creativity, and confidence to independently solve problems and produce results\n\n\n\n\n \n\nNice to Haves:\n\n\n* Experience participating in Agile practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Refactoring, and design principles like SOLID, etc.\n\n* BDD (behavior-driven development)\n\n* AWS certification\n\n* Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, as well as containerization platforms such as Docker\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
