Check us out at ProtectiveAssetProtection.com for more information.\n\n\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n* Handle and adjudicate claims like a pro.\n* Accurately receive intake on new losses and assess contract/agreement/policy coverage.\n* Document and investigate new losses accurately.\n* Keep our customers smiling with top-tier service.\n\n\n\nYour Day-to-Day:\n* Engage professionally with customers on phone inquiries regarding claim processing and coverage.\n* Authorize claims and answer a high volume ofĀ  inbound calls.\n* Process and complete all paperwork according to established procedures.\n* Take on other tasks as needed.\n\n\n\nWhat Weā€™re Looking For:\n* 2+ years in an automotive service environment as and Automotive Technician or Service Advisor, required.\n* Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.\n* A knack for thriving in a fast-paced environment and identifying and removing obstacles to ensure efficient workflow.\n* Computer savvy with skills in in computers and applications, (e.g. MS Word, Excel) with ability to work with multiple systems.\n\n\n\n\nWhat You Bring:\n* Excellent communication: work independently and communicate effectively with contract holders, agents, dealers, internal customers, and teammates.\n* Sharp analytical skills: make smart decisions based on contract details and use good judgment to provide applicable contract benefits on claims.\n* Minium of a high school diploma.\n\n\n\nWhen Youā€™ll Work:\n* 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 8 PM, with a rotating Saturday every 6-8 weeks.\n\n#IND123\n\n\n\n\nStart date is Monday, January 6, 2025, with three-weeks of training. \n\n\nProtectiveā€™s targeted salary range for this position is $50,000-$55,000 annual. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience.
