Liverpool 3-1 Leicester (Gakpo, Jones, Salah; Ayew)
There was a hint of Christmas Day hangover in Liverpool’s Boxing Day fixture as they went behind inside six minutes against Leicester.
Jordan Ayew got the goal for the visitors and 1-0 was how it stayed for the majority of the first half. But Cody Gakpo came up with a moment of magic to level the score in first-half stoppage time.
